YT has over 25 years’ experience in technology consultation, government procurement and most recently in life science & healthcare solutions.
He has led and successfully delivered many consultancy jobs, large-scale government and private sector projects across many different industries.
YT was instrumental in helping the government of Malaysia setup and deployed two Covid-19 RT-PCR Testing Labs at National Institute of Health in Setia Alam and Makmal Kesihatan Awam in Kota Kinabalu at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The project critically added 6,000 tests per day to Malaysia’s Covid-19 testing capacity in very challenging and adverse circumstances.
YT is a US graduate in Computer Science and Business Management.
